<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 683 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 66.310. (1) OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY CHANGING THE QUARTERLY <br />MINIMUM CHARGE FOR WATER USERS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 66.310(1) of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />66.310 Water Rates. <br /> <br />(1) The rate due and payable by each water user <br /> <br />within the Village for water taken from the water system <br /> <br />commencing December 1, 1972, shall be 52 cents per <br /> <br />1,000 gallons, payable quarterly, provided, however, <br /> <br />that the minimum amount due and payable by each water <br /> <br />user for each quarter year period during which water service <br /> <br />is furnished shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Meter Size <br /> <br />Quarterly Minimum Charge <br /> <br />5/8 inch <br /> <br />$ <br /> <br />6.95 <br /> <br />1 inch <br /> <br />13.90 <br /> <br />1 1/2 inch <br /> <br />27.80 <br /> <br />2 inch <br /> <br />41. 60 <br />
