<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 685 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 164.200 TO THE VILLAGE CODE OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE PROHIBITING OBSTRUCTING THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL AND VILLAGE EMPLOYEES IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR <br />DUTIES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 164 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville ~s hereby amended by adding Section 164.200, to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />164.200. Obstructing Council and Village Employees. <br /> <br />No person shall willfully do any of the following acts: <br /> <br />(1.) Make or submit any false report, petition or <br />statement to the Village Council, any Village <br />Employee or any committee or commission established <br />by the Village Council, while in the performance <br />of their duties. <br /> <br />(2.)
