EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-third day of March, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8786 COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT 69049 CITY PROJECT NO. P-90-06, RICE STREET BE IT RESOLVED that the city of Roseville, Minnesota, enter into Agreement No. 69049 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: To provide for payment by the City to the State of the city's share of the costs of the storm sewer, curb and gutter, bike trail, and utility construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice street) from Engineer station 5+96.86 (Hoyt Avenue in the City of st. Paul) to Engineer station 111+05.21 (Demont Avenue in the city of Little Canada) under State project No. 6214-66 (T.H. 49=126) State Aid Project No. 160-010- 02. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper city officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following voted against same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
