<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-third day of March, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8786 <br /> <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT 69049 <br />CITY PROJECT NO. P-90-06, RICE STREET <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the city of Roseville, Minnesota, enter into <br />Agreement No. 69049 with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />To provide for payment by the City to the State of the city's share of <br />the costs of the storm sewer, curb and gutter, bike trail, and utility <br />construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, <br />along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice street) from Engineer <br />station 5+96.86 (Hoyt Avenue in the City of st. Paul) to Engineer <br />station 111+05.21 (Demont Avenue in the city of Little Canada) under <br />State project No. 6214-66 (T.H. 49=126) State Aid Project No. 160-010- <br />02. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper city officers are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute such agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
