<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 688 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 32 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 32.015 <br />AND AMENDING SECTION 72.030 BY PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT <br />OF SEWER SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CONNECTION CHARGE TO PAY <br />RESERVE CAPACITY COSTS OF METROPOLITAN SEWER BOARD. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 32 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 32.015 to read as follows: <br /> <br />32 . 015 Additional Building Permit Fee s. In addition <br />to the building permit fees established in section 32.010 and <br />in addition to any other fees established in this code there <br />is hereby established a fee to pay and reimburse the Village of <br />Roseville for all sums which the Village shall be required to <br />pay to the M'2tropolitan Sewer Board because of any construc- <br />tion. The establishment of this charge and the amount shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />1. Recitals. The Metropolitan Sewer Board ha s <br />determined to reserve unused capacity in the metropolitan <br />disposal system each year commencing in 1973 for local <br />government units in which new buildings to be connected <br />to the system and new connections to the system are com- <br />menced during such year; and to allocate the debt service <br />costs of such unused capacity for the year among such <br />local government units. In order for the village to pay <br />such costs allocated to it each year, it will be necessary <br />to establish sewer service availability and connection <br />charges for all buildings to be constructed or connected <br />to the metropolitan disposal system on or after January 1, <br />1973. <br />
