<br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />l6.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br /> <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Tract D and E, and all of Tract F, except that part lying <br />South of a line running parallel to and distant 50 feet Southerly <br />from a line described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point 933 feet measured South from the centerline <br />of the main track of the NP Ry on a line which is 798.5 feet <br />Westerly of and running parallel with the West line of the East <br />1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, T. 29, R. 23, thence from said <br />point of beginning, with a back sight on the preceding course <br />and deflecting to the right 83 degrees 45' in an Easterly direction <br />177 feet to a point, thence deflecting 5 degrees 45' to the right <br />from the preceding course and continuing in an Easterly direction <br />in a straight line to a point of termination on the aforesaid West <br />line of the Ea st 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, all in Registered <br />Land Survey No. 50 and that part of the East 1/4 of the NE 1/4 <br />of said Section 8 lying Westerly of the right-of-way for Trunk <br />Highway No. 280 (Interstate 3SW) lying South of the North line <br />of said Tract D extended Easterly to said highway right-of-way; <br />and lying Northerly of the above described line through said <br />Tract F extended Easterly to said highway right-of-way. <br /> <br />Subject to an easement granted for Long Lake Road, subject to <br />an easement granted to Great Lakes Pipe Line Company and to <br />Standard Oil Company, and easements of record. <br /> <br />Contains 10.840 Acres, more or less (this excludes Long Lake <br />Road Easement). <br /> <br />be I and hereby is, rezoned from I-I to 1-2, and special use permit for <br /> <br />truck terminal, and that the Zoning Maps be amended so that said property <br /> <br />is classified and zoned as 1-2. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br />
