<br />(1) All firefighters shall attend during their available hours, at <br />lea st six drills per quarter provided there are six drills held. Any <br />firefighter who fails to make the required six drills in one quarter <br />must make sufficient drills in the following quarter to total twelve <br />drills for the two quarters. <br /> <br />(2) All firefighters shall make at least 30% of all emergency calls <br />received during their available hours during any quarter (exclusive <br />calls received during leaves of absence I sickness, disability and <br />vacation time). If any firefighters shall fail to make the required <br />30% of calls in one quarter, he shall have the following quarter to <br />bring his six-month average up to 30%. <br /> <br />232. 11 O. Compensation. All officers and members of the Fire <br />Department shall be paid an amount set by resolution of the Council. <br /> <br />232.120. Computation of Compensation. In computing compensation <br />for fire s, one hour shall be considered a s the minimum to be paid any <br />fireman or officer. Only such men as respond to an alarm and whose <br />names are certified to on the payroll by the Chief are entitled to receive <br />compensation. <br /> <br />232.130. Firemen's Relief Association.
