<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the city <br />Hall on Monday, the twenty-third day of March, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8787 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />STATE PROJECT 6213-36 (49=126) <br />STATE PROJECT 6214-63-66 (49=126) <br />FEDERAL PROJECT HES 5418 (17) <br />RICE STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota <br />has prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the <br />improvement of Trunk Highway No. 126, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. <br />49, within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville, from So. Corp. <br />limits to Demont Avenue; and seeks the approval thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the <br />improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the <br />City, be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades as <br />shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade <br />occasioned by said construction. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the <br />parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the <br />corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel <br />with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any <br />crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
