<br />129.050. Masseurs and Masseuses Employed in the Business. <br /> <br />(a) No such business shall employ or use any person <br />as a masseur or masseuse, as defined herein unless <br />such person is registered with the State Board of <br />Medical Examiners as provided by Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 148.33 through 148.511. Such statutory <br />sections are hereby incorporated by reference as a <br />part of this ordinance. <br /> <br />(b) Any person acting as a masseur or masseuse in any <br />such business shall have his registration certificate <br />displayed in a prominent place on the licensed <br />premises. <br /> <br />129.060. Inspection by Village Officers and Identification of <br />Employees. During business hours, all massage parlors shall be <br />open to inspection by Village Building and License Inspectors, <br />Health Officer and Police Officers. Upon demand by any police <br />officer, any person engaged in providing services in any licensed <br />premises shall identify himself giving his true legal name and his <br />correct address. <br /> <br />129.070. Business Hours. No customers or patrons shall be <br />allowed to enter the licen sed premi se s after 1: 00 A. M. and before <br />8:00 A. M. daily. No customers or patrons shall be allowed to <br />remain upon the licensed premises after 2:00 A. M. and before <br />8:00 A.M. daily. <br /> <br />129.080. Violations, Penalty. Every person who commits or <br />attempts to commit, conspires to commit, or aids or abets in the <br />commission of, any act constituting a violation of this ordinance, <br />whether individually or in connection with one or more other per- <br />sons or as principal, agent, or accessory, shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor, and every person who falsely, fraudulently, <br />forcibly or wilfully induces, causes, coerces, requires, permits, <br />or directs another to violate any of the provisions of this ordinance <br />is likewise guilty of a misdemeanor. <br /> <br />129.090. Rules and Regulations 0 The Village Health Officer <br />shall make such rules and regulations as are reasonably necessary <br />to the safe and sanitary operation of massage parlors. Such rules and <br />regulations shall be effective when filed in the office of the Village <br />Manager, and amendments thereof shall be effective twenty (20) days <br />
