<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ;7 (.';? <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVTLLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING <br />MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 by <br />RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l) to RETAIL BUSINESS DTSTRICT (B-2). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owner filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from Single Family Residence District (R-l) <br /> <br />to Retail Business District (B-2), certain real property hereinafter <br /> <br />described lying and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing on said matter on the 6th day of June, <br /> <br />1973, at its regular meeting: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br /> <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br />
