<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 706 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING "PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIOS" TO THE LIST OF USES <br />BY SPECIAL PERMIT IN BUSINESS DISTRICTS, AMENDING SECTION 8.280. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville I Section 8.280, is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding a paragraph to read as follows: <br /> <br />(27) Photography studios. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville I Minnesota, <br /> <br />this 17th day of <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />, 1973. <br /> <br />,.' -- "A.
