Owasso Boulevard, street reconstruction Neighborhood 19 -- storm sewer Parking lot construction at Nature Center Parking lot and ball field construction at Concordia Academy ST-90-11, M-92-15 M-92-15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The city Manager shall prepare the cause to be inserted in the Roseville Review, the official newspaper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for bids for 1992 Contracts A, B, C, and D shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call the bids on the basis of cash paYment for such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the city Manager and Public Works Director as follows: Contract A Contract B Contract C Contract D April 22, 1992, at 10:00 a.m. April 21, 1992, at 2:00 p.m. April 21, 1992, at 10:00 a.m. April 22, 1992, at 2:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Manager and subsequently be considered by the Council; and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following voted against: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
