<br />Bids should be directed to the Public Works Director at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, MN 55113, securely sealed and endorsed upon the <br />outside wrapper with a brief summary as to the work for which the bid is <br />made. <br /> <br />The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to waive <br />irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the <br />contract in the best interest of the city. Bids arriving after the <br />designated time will be returned unopened.
