<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 711 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND <br />ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS l6. 010, 16.020, l6. 030 AND <br />l6. 040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM <br />GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3) TO TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT (R-2). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owner filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from General Residence District (R-3) to <br /> <br />Two Family Residence District (R-2), certain real property hereinafter <br /> <br />described lying and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred the said <br /> <br />application to the planning commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission after due notice held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on October 3, 1973, at its regular <br /> <br />meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission upon due notice and <br /> <br />public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />above procedure: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br />
