<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO .~4 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP <br />PURSUANT TO SECTIONS l6.01O, l6.020, l6.030 AND l6.040, BY RECLASSIFICA- <br />TION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />(R-l) TO LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-l). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, l6.020, l6.030 and <br /> <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property owner <br /> <br />filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of a written <br /> <br />request to rezone from Single Family Residence District (R-l) to Limited <br /> <br />Business District (B-l)., certain real property hereinafter described lying <br /> <br />and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred the said application <br /> <br />to the planning commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commi s sion after due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on November 7, 1973, at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission upon due notice and public <br /> <br />hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the above procedure: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinances as amended pursuant to Section l6.0W, l6.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16. 040, the Zoning Code and the Zoning Map thereof, be further <br /> <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />North 1/2 of Lots land 2, Block 1, Woehrle's <br />Add ition, Ram sey County. <br />
