<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO .~5 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 66. 310 (l) OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY CHANGING THE QUARTERLY <br />MINIMUM CHARGE FOR WATER USERS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 66.310 (1) of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />66.310 Water Rates. <br /> <br />(1) The rate due and payable by each water user within <br /> <br />the Village for water taken from the water system <br /> <br />commencing January l, 1974, shall be 55 cents per <br /> <br />l,OOO gallons, payable quarterly, provided, however, <br /> <br />that the minimum amount due and payable by each water <br /> <br />user for each quarter year period during which water <br /> <br />service is furnished shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Quarterly Minimum Charge <br /> <br />Meter Size <br /> <br />5/8 inch <br /> <br />3 inch <br /> <br />$ 7.35 <br /> l4.70 <br /> 29.40 <br /> 44.00 <br /> 88.00 <br /> 132.00 <br /> 220.00 <br /> <br />I inch <br /> <br />1 1/2 inch <br /> <br />2 inch <br /> <br />4 inch <br /> <br />6 inch <br />
