"7 / 7' <br />/ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP <br />PURSUANT TO SECTIONS l6.01O, l6.020, l6.030 AND l6.040, BY <br />RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br />DISTRICT (I-l) to GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections l6. 010, 16,020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />l6.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owner <br /> <br />filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a written request <br /> <br />to rezone from Light Industrial District (1-1) to General Business District <br /> <br />(B-3), certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission pursuant to due notice and <br /> <br />public hearing made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing on said matter on the 5th day of December, 1973, at its <br /> <br />regular meeting: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: <br />
