<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 35.060 OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY EXPANDING AREAS WHERE <br />BULK STORAGE OF LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM IS PERMITTED. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 35.060 of the city Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />35.060. Establishment of limits in which <br />bulk storaqe of liquified petroleum <br />gas is to be restricted. <br /> <br />The limits referred to in Section 2l.6a of the <br /> <br />Fire Prevention Code in which bulk storage of liquified <br /> <br />petroleum gas is restricted are hereby established as <br /> <br />follows: All areas except those areas zoned 1-1 and 1-2. <br /> <br />Such storage is permissible in B-1, B-1B, B-2 and B-3 <br /> <br />districts by special use permit issued by the City <br /> <br />Council. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, this~.YL..< day of <br /> <br />.9 Cl/?,tA.-<-..-:J'..AA,L <br />,?' <br /> <br />, 1974. <br /> <br /> <br />MAYOR <br />
