<br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 719 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 71. 020(2) AND <br />(6) AND 71. 030 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY <br />MAKING CHANGES IN THE SANITARY SEWER RATES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 71. 020(2) and (6) of the City Code of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />71.020. Residential Rates . <br /> <br />(2) Single Family Residence in which <br />the owner and head of the household is re- <br />ceiving Retirement Survivors Insurance or <br />Disability Insurance under the Social <br />Security Act 42 U.S.C. Section 30l, as <br />amended: $lO. 80 per year. <br /> <br />(6) Multiple Dwellings (three or more <br />units except townhouses): $l7 .20 per year. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 71. 030 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />71. 030. Commercial and Industrial Rates. <br /> <br />(1) The sewer rates for commercial, <br />industrial, institutional and other users <br />not covered by Section 71. 020 shall be <br />upon a volumetric charge ba sed upon <br />water consumption as follows: A sewer <br />charge of 40t for each l,OOO gallons, or <br />
