1. That ordinances, a s amended pursuant to Sections 16.010. 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: All that part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 5, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the South line of said Section 5 distant l,459 feet West (assumed bearing) of the Southeast corner of said Section 5, thence North 0 Degree 59' 59" West a distance of 828.18 feet along the Westerly line of Long Lake Road to the pOint of beginning of the land herein described, thence continuing North 0 Degree 59' 59" West 341.42 feet along the Westerly line of Long Lake Road, thence West 723.59 feet, thence South 12 Degree 53' 30" West 350.20 feet along the Easterly line of Northern States Power Company right-of-way, thence East 807.67 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to easements of record. be, and hereby is, rezoned from I-I to B-3, and that the Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as B-3. II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
