* EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 30th day of March, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, and Thomas, and the following members were absent: P. Johnson and V. Johnson. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 8790 ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARY CHANGES WHEREAS, the Legislative District Reapportionment Plan necessitates changes in precinct boundaries; and WHEREAS, to facilitate School District referendums in conjunction with regular Fall elections, an additional precinct shall be created. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city Council of the city of Roseville, that the boundaries of the city of Roseville Election Precincts be defined as follows: PRECINCT 1 Precinct 1 consists of the portion of the city within a line described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of Rice Street and County Road C W., then northerly along Rice Street to the northern boundary of the City, westerly along the northern boundary to Lake Owasso, southwesterly along the south shore of Lake Owasso to the intersection of the western boundary of Ramsey County section 1 of Township 29, Range 23 and a line parallel along Kent Street, southeasterly to Kent Street with continuance on Kent Street to Owasso Boulevard S., southwesterly along Owasso Boulevard S. to Dale Street N., southerly along Dale Street N. to County Road C W.,then easterly along County Road C W. to point of origin. The polling location for Precinct 1 shall be North Heights Lutheran Church, 2701 N. Rice Street. PRECINCT 2 Precinct 2 consists of the portion of the city within a line described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of Rice Street and county Road B W., then northerly along Rice Street to County Road C W., westerly along county Road C W. to Dale Street N., southerly along Dale Street N. to County Road B2 W., westerly along County Road B2 W. to victoria Street N., southerly along victoria Street N. to County Road B W., then easterly along County Road B W. to point of origin.
