<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />729 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 168 PROHIBITING THE POSSESSION <br />OF CERTAIN DRUGS AND MARIJUANA. <br /> <br />The city Council of the city of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 168 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />168.010. Possession of Prohibited Drugs. <br /> <br />Except as authorized by Minnesota Statutes <br />1971, Section 152.01 et seq., as amended, <br />1972 through 1974, no person shall possess <br />or have in his possession or control any <br />controlled substance. <br /> <br />168.020. Controlled Substances. <br /> <br />Controlled substances are defined as all of <br />the substances listed in Minnesota Statutes <br />1971 Section 152.02, as amended 1972 through <br />1974, and also marijuana (cannabis sativa L). <br /> <br />168.030. Automobiles. <br /> <br />A person who is the owner of a private <br />motor vehicle, or the driver of the motor <br />vehicle if the owner is not present, and <br />who possesses on his person or keeps or <br />allows to be kept in a motor vehicle with- <br />in the area of the vehicle normally occupied <br />by the driver or passengers, any controlled <br />substance as defined above, is guilty of a <br />
