<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 730 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THF. CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING <br />MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, <br />BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (I-I) TO TOWNHOUSE DISTRICT (R-6) AND <br />THREE AND FOUR FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-4). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owner filed an application with the City Manager in <br /> <br />the form of a written request to rezone from Light Industrial District <br /> <br />(1-1) to Townhouse District (R-6) and Three and Four Family Residence <br /> <br />District (R-4), certain real property hereinafter described lying and <br /> <br />being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commis sion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission pursuant to <br /> <br />due notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the City <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing on said matter on the 6th day of February, <br /> <br />19 7 4, at its regular meeting: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND <br /> <br />THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br />
