<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 732 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT <br />TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICA- <br />TION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />(1-1) TO GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in <br /> <br />the form of a written request to rezone from Light Industrial <br /> <br />District (1-1) to General Business District (B-3), certain real <br /> <br />property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the City <br /> <br />Council~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing on said matter on the 8th day of April, <br /> <br />1974, at its regular meeting: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br /> <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br />
