<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 146.045 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE PROVIDING FOR A <br />MINIMUM AREA AND ADEQUATE FENCING OF HORSES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 146.045 of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />146.045 Minimum Area and Fencinq. <br /> <br />No license shall be issued for any <br />riding horse unless the same shall <br />be kept in an adequately fenced <br />pasture of a minimum size of three <br />acres~ but no more than three horses <br />can be kept in such three acre pasture <br />at anyone time.
