<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 735 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING <br />MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, <br />BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM TOWNHOUSE <br />DISTRICT (R-6) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br /> <br />form of a written request to rezone from Townhouse District (R-6) to <br /> <br />Single Family Residence District (R-l), certain real property herein- <br /> <br />after described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commis sion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after due <br /> <br />notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 10th day of <br /> <br />July, 1974, at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Council: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND <br /> <br />THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minne sota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br />
