<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 737 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ALLOWIN(; AGRICULTURAL USES AS A <br />SPECIAL PERMIT USE IN R-l DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 7.280 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding paragraph (5) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(5) Agricultural uses, excepting commercial <br />animal farms, fur farms, kennels, poultry farms, <br />and feed lots, but includ ing truck gardening, growing <br />of nursery stock, arboretums, and other horticultural <br />uses. Any new buildings ancillary to agricultural uses <br />shall not exceed 500 square feet in area, nor be le s s <br />than 50 feet from a property line. No retail sales <br />or structures for such purpose shall be allowed as an <br />agricultural use.
