<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 738 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY PROVIDING THAT THE DEPOSIT TO BE MADE WITH AN <br />APPLICATTON FOR A LIQUOR LICENSE SHALL BE $500.00 AND NOT <br />$5,000.00 AND PROVIDING FURTHER THAT THE APPLICATION TO RENEW <br />A LIQUOR LICENSE NEED ONLY BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN AUDIT WHICH <br />WOULD SATISFY THE CITY MANAGER AND NOT NECESSARILY BY A <br />CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT AND FURTHER PROVIDING THAT THE <br />AUDIT SHOWING THE SALE OF FOODS AND LIQUOR BE ANY AUDIT <br />WHICH WAS COMPLETED WITHIN 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO FILING THE <br />APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 151.040(2) of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />151.040. Renewal Applications. <br /> <br />(2) With the application for renewal, the <br />applicant shall file with the Manager a statement <br />made by any person or corporation which satisfies <br />the City Manager as to its accuracy and shows that <br />the total gross sales and the total food sales of the <br />restaurant for any twelve (12) month period ending <br />within one year of the date of filing the renewal <br />application. A foreign corporation shall file a <br />current Certificate of Authority. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 151.050(2) of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />151.050. License Fees. <br /> <br />(2) The annual license fee shall be paid <br />in full before the application for a license is <br />
