<br />(3) Plan-checkin~ Fees. When the valuation of the proposed
<br />construction exceeds $1, 00.00 and a plan is required to be submitted
<br />by this Code, a plan-checking fee shall be paid at the tnne of
<br />submitting plans and specifications for checking.
<br />
<br />Plan-checking fees for all buildings, except catagories I and J
<br />of the 1973 Uniform Building Code, shall be 65% of the building permit
<br />fees as set forth in the table found in (2) of this section.
<br />
<br />Where plans are incomplete or changed so as to require additional
<br />plan-checking, an additional plan-checking fee shall be charged at a
<br />rate established by the Chief Code Enforcement Officer.
<br />
<br />II.
<br />
<br />Sections 32.200, 32.210, 32.220 and 32,230 are
<br />
<br />hereby repealed.
<br />
<br />III.
<br />
<br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on the
<br />first day of January, 1975.
<br />
