<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 744 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8 OF THE CITY CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 8.370 REQUIRING <br />CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS FOR ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ON <br />PROPERTIES ON COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, AND MULTIPLE DWELLING <br />AREAS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 8 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br />is hereby amended by adding Section 8.370, to read as follows: <br /> <br />8.370. Sidewalks Required. Sidewalks shall be <br />required on the public right of way on all property zoned R-3 <br />through R-7, all business districts and all industrial districts <br />upon which new construction is being made.
