<br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 752 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN CERTAIN FEES FOR <br />ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS BY AMENDING SECTION 32.100 AND <br />ADDING SECTION 32.101. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 32.100 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.100. Inspection Fees and Enforce- <br />ment Procedures. Inspection fees, except as <br />provided in Section 32.101, inspection pro- <br />cedures and code enforcements shall be the <br />same as those outlined in the following rules <br />and regulations of the Minnesota State Board <br />of Electricity: <br /> <br />Chapter One: Elec. 1-10 Inspections <br />Chapter Two: Elec. 11-20 Enforcement, <br /> Procedures <br />Chapter Three: Elec. 21-25 Appeals <br />Chapter Four: Elec. 26-35 Licenses <br /> II. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 32.101 to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.101. Inspection Fees Which Are Not <br />Determined by Minnesota State Board of <br />Electricity. Circuits, installations of, <br />additions, alterations or repairs of each <br />circuit or sub-feeder shall be computed <br />separately including circuits fed from <br />sub-feeders and including the equipment <br />served. <br /> <br />o to and including 30 ampere <br /> <br />capacity......................$2.50 <br />
