<br />The City Council at its May 19th meeting rescinded the <br />motion passed at the May 12, 1975, council meeting which <br />adopted Ordinance No. 753 regarding Animal Control. <br /> <br />The Council also instructed the City Manager not to publish <br />Ordinance No. 753. <br /> <br />The Council at the May 19th meeting then adopted Ordinance <br />No. 755 which is a slightly revised ordinance relating to <br />animal control. <br />
