<br />17.320. Skirting. All mobile home units shall have <br />skirts around the entire mobile home made of plastic, <br />fiberglass or other comparable non-combustible material <br />approved by the City and shall be of a permanent color <br />or painted to match an appropriate mobile home so as <br />to enhance the general appearance thereof. <br /> <br />17.330. Storaqe Buildinq. A structure shall be provided <br />on the premises to accommodate storable items of mobile <br />home occupants providing at least fifteen (15) square <br />feet of storage area per mobile home unit in the mobile <br />home court. Such storage spaces shall be designed and <br />maintained to provide security for each mobile home unit <br />and the design shall be subject to approval of the City. <br /> <br />17.340. Registration of Occupants. The owner of a <br />mobile home court shall keep a registration of the names <br />and location of each occupant of the mobile home court <br />and shall make said registration list available to the <br />City or its agents for inspection at reasonable times. <br /> <br />17.350. Inspection. All mobile homes shall comply with <br />State and local fire, health and building regulations. <br />Before a mobile home unit may be occupied, the owner <br />must secure the inspection and approval of the City <br />Code Enforcement Officer with regard to compliance with <br />such regulations. <br /> <br />17.400. Site Plan. At the time of application for a <br />rezoning to a mobile home district (R-8) or at the time <br />of application for a building permit for improvements <br />on land already zoned mobile home district (R-8) , the <br />applicant must submit a site plan to the City. The <br />applicant must acknowledge, in writing, that he will <br />be bound by said site plan after the rezoning to mobile <br />home district (R-8) and after the improvement is completed <br />on property already zoned mobile home district (R-8). <br />Thereafter, no building permit shall be issued for <br />improvements in mobile home districts unless said site <br />plan is approved by the City and said building permit <br />shall be immediately revoked in the event said site <br />plan is not complied with. The site plan shall contain <br />the following: <br /> <br />1) The name and address of all owners and developers <br />of the proposed mobile home court. <br />
