<br />AN ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE DELETING TRAILER PARKS AS A USE <br />BY SPECIAL PERMIT IN GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 8.350 of the city Code of the city <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended, to read as follows: <br /> <br />8.350. Uses by Special Permit in General Business Districts. <br />Uses by special permit in B-3 Districts are: <br /> <br />(1) Automobile repair <br />(2) Automobile sales <br />(3) Boats and marine showrooms <br />(4) Building material establishments where <br />dimension lumber, millwork, cabinets, <br />and other building materials are kept <br />for sa le . <br />(5) Commercial Auto Washing <br />(6) Drive-ins <br />(7) Fuel and ice sales <br />(8) Machinery sales <br />(9) Motels <br />(10) Motor vehicle sales <br />(11) Motorcycle sales <br />(12) Newspapers and magazine stands <br />(13) Public utility facilities <br />(14) Repair garages <br />(15) Service Stations <br />(16) Dog kennels <br />(17) Food Take Out or Self Service Restaurants. <br />These are restaurants designed to serve food <br />primarily to be consumed off the premises, or <br />a self service restaurant when food is eaten <br />on the premises. <br />(18) Open Sales Lots. <br />(19) Outdoor areas where merchandise, machinery <br />or equipment may be displayed or stored. <br />
