<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 759 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35, FIRE PREVENTION <br />CODE, BY ADDING SECTION 35.105, REQUIRING PERMITS FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLERS, AUTOMATIC FIRE <br />EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS, LIQUID FUEL STORAGE TANKS AND LIQUIFIED <br />PETROLEUM OR NATURAL GAS STORAGE TANKS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 35 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding Section 35.105 as follows: <br /> <br />35.105. Additional Permits Required. <br /> <br />In addition to permits required by Section <br />35.100 of this Code, no person shall, without <br />first obtaining a permit from the Fire Prevention <br />Bureau, conduct, process or install any of the <br />following equipment: (1) any automatic fire <br />sprinkling system, (2) any automatic fire ex- <br />tinguishing system, (3) any aboveground or under- <br />ground liquid fuel storage tank, (4) any above- <br />ground or underground liquified petroleum tank, <br />or (5) any aboveground or underground liquified <br />natural gas storage tank. A fee as set forth in <br />the 1973 edition of the Uniform Building Code, <br />as incorporated into this Code by reference, shall <br />be paid for each permit required by this section. <br /> <br />II . <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, this 7th day of July <br /> <br />, 1975. <br /> <br />/Cl <br />ii, ,~ <br /> <br />\ .
