<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 768 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 141.050 and 141.070 <br />PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF GARBAGE TRUCKS AND PROVIDING <br />FOR WEEKLY COLLECTION OF GARBAGE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 141.050 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />141.050. Garbage Trucks. Each licensed <br />garbage collector shall provide a truck so <br />constructed that the contents will not leak <br />or spill therefrom in which all garbage col- <br />lected by him shall be conveyed to the place <br />designated in his application for disposal. <br />The conveyance used shall be kept clean and <br />as free from offensive odors as possible, and <br />shall not be allowed to stand in any street, <br />alley, or public place longer than is reason- <br />ably necessary to collection garbage. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 141.070 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />141.070. Times of Collection. Each <br />licensed garbage collector shall make <br />collections at least weekly from residences <br />and semi-weekly or more often, if necessary, <br />from hotels, restaurants, boarding houses and <br />all other like institutions. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br />
