<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 772 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 71.020 and 71.030 <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY INCREASING THE <br />CHARGES FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE COMMENCING ON JANUARY 1, <br />1976. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Sections 71.020 and 71.030 of the City Code of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />71.020. Residential Rates. Charges <br />for sewer service shall be at the following <br />rates for the following residential classi- <br />fications commencing on January 1, 1976: <br /> <br />(1) Single Family Residence: $35.40 per <br />year. <br />(2) Single Family Residence in which <br />the owner and head of the household is re- <br />ceiving Retirement Survivors Insurance or <br />Disability Insurance under the Social Security <br />Act 42 U.S.C. Section 301, as amended: $18.40 <br />per year. <br />The resident, to qualify for this <br />rate, must file an affidavit with the City <br />Council stating that the owner and head of <br />such household is receiving Retirement Sur- <br />vivors Insurance or Disability Insurance <br />under the Social Security Act 42 U.S.C. Section <br />301 as amended. <br />(3) Duplexes or double bungalows con- <br />taining two-family units: $70.80 per year. <br />(4) Each townhouse unit: $35.40 per year. <br />(5) Each trailer unit: $35.40 per year. <br />(6) Multiple Dwellings (three or more <br />units except townhouses): $21.60 per year. <br /> <br />71.030. Commercial and Industrial Rates. <br />(1) The sewer rates for commercial, in- <br />dustrial, institutional and other users not <br />
