<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 773 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP <br />PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, <br />BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM TOWNHOUSE <br />DISTRICT (R-6) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, the property owner filed an application with <br /> <br />the City Manager in the form of a written request to re- <br /> <br />zone from Townhouse District (R-6) to Single Family <br /> <br />Residence District (R-l), certain real property hereinafter <br /> <br />described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after due <br /> <br />notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 3rd day <br /> <br />of December, 1975, at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Council: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND <br /> <br />THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections <br />
