<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 774 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.600 PROVIDING <br />FOR TYPE AND GROSS SURFACE OF SIGNS IN ALL liB, S-C <br />AND I" DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 14.600 of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />14.600. Type and Gross Surface of Signs in <br /> <br />liB, S-C and I" Districts. <br /> <br />A. Each building in liB, S-C and I" Districts <br /> <br />shall be allowed a non-pylon sign equal in area to <br /> <br />the percentage of the footage of the building at <br /> <br />street elevation or the square footage indicated in <br /> <br />the schedule set forth in D., below. <br /> <br />B. In addition, one pylon sign per building <br /> <br />shall be allowed with a maximum square footage as <br /> <br />indicated on the schedule set forth in D., below, <br /> <br />based upon the type of street that fronts the lot <br /> <br />and building in question. <br /> <br />C. Where more than one business or industry <br /> <br />is housed in a single building, allowable signs <br /> <br />and sign area may be shared but shall not exceed <br /> <br />the maximum allowance listed in the schedule for <br /> <br />the building. <br />
