CITY OF ROSEVILLE AN ORDINANCE NO. 775 * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF SNOW- MOBILES BY AMENDING SECTIONS 90.010 THROUGH 90.080 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND BY REPEALING SECTIONS 90.090 AND 90.100 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE. The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: I . Sections 90.010 through 90.080 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 90.010. Incorporation by Reference. Unless otherwise provided herein, Minn. Stat. 1974 ~~ 84.81 to 84.90, inclusive, and the Regulations of the Minnesota Commissioner of Natural Resources, Reg. N.R. 51 to 59, in- clusive, official copies of which are on file in the office of the City Manager, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference for the purpose of prescribing regulations for the operation of snowmobiles within the City of Roseville. Whenever reference is made in this Ordinance to these statutes and regulations, such reference shall include all subsequent amendments thereto. 90.020.
