<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 777 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 151.020(1) OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY EXCEPTING THE SALE <br />OF WINE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING AN INTOXICATING <br />LIQUOR LICENSE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 151.020(1) of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />151.020. License Required. <br /> <br />(1) No person, except wholesalers of <br />manufacturers to the extent authorized under <br />State License, shall directly or indirectly <br />deal in, sell or keep for sale any intoxi- <br />cating liquor without first having received <br />a license to do so under this Chapter, except <br />as provided in Chapter 153.
