<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held <br />on the 27th day of April, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and V. Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8795 <br /> <br />IN APPRECIATION TO GARY ANDERSON UPON HIS RETIREMENT <br />FROM THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gary Anderson has served the city of Roseville with loyalty and <br />dedication for a total of twenty-six years as a Police Officer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Officer Anderson's performance of his duties and responsibilities <br />was always characterized by a professional attitude and a dedication to his <br />job; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Officer Anderson has decided to retire from his position with the <br />city; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville does hereby express its sincere appreciation and thanks to Gar~ <br />Anderson for the commendable manner in which he has carried out his duties <br />as a member of the City staff, and does wish him along, happy, and <br />fulfilling retirement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas and V.
