<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 778 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.280 (5) OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY PROVIDING FOR TEMPORARY <br />GREENHOUSES ON NURSERY PROPERTY IN R-l DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the city of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 7.280 (5) of the city Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />7.280 (5) Agricultural uses, except commercial <br />animal farms, fur farms, kennels, poultry farms, and <br />feed lots, but including truck gardening, growing of <br />nursery stock, arboritums, and other horticultural uses. <br />Any new building ancillary to agricultural uses shall <br />not exceed 500 square feet in area, nor be less than <br />50 feet from a property line. No retail sales or <br />structures for such purpose shall be allowed as an <br />agricultural use. The Council may grant a permit <br />for temporary greenhouses ancillary to horticultural <br />uses of such property, upon such terms and conditions <br />as the Council deems appropriate. The keeping of farm <br />animals shall not be permitted except as allowed in <br />Section 146.010 and 201.060 of this Code. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, this 29th day of March <br /> <br />, 1976. <br /> <br />("") (1/ <br />'.. /,>.t.-.~ '\.
