<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 780 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP <br />PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, <br />BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (1-1) TO GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />(1-2) . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, the property owners filed an application with <br /> <br />the City Manager in the form of a written request to re- <br /> <br />zone from Light Industrial District (1-1) to General In- <br /> <br />dustrial District (1-2), certain real property hereinafter <br /> <br />described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred <br /> <br />same to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Council; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after due notice held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 8th day of March, <br /> <br />1976, at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREOFRE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND <br /> <br />THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections <br />
