<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 788 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE <br />AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br />16,020, 16,030 and 16,040 BY RECLASSIFICATION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE-FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l) TO GENERAL INDUSTRIAL <br />DISTRICT (1-1). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owner filed an application with the City <br /> <br />Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from <br /> <br />single-family residence district (R-l) to general industrial <br /> <br />district (1-1), certain real property hereinafter des- <br /> <br />cribed lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by Motion referred the <br /> <br />same to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made its recommendation <br /> <br />to the Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 9th day of August, 1976, <br /> <br />at its regular meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the above <br /> <br />procedure: The City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br />
