<br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 789 <br />* * * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 151.035 <br />AND AMENDING SECTION 151.050(1) BY CHANGING <br />ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FEES TO $7,000.00 PER <br />YEAR FOR LICENSES EFFECTIVE AFTER DECEMBER 31, <br />1976 AND FURTHER PROVIDING THE TERM OF ALL <br />LICENSES SHALL BE ONE YEAR TERMINATING ON <br />DECEMBER 31. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Rosevi11e does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 151.035 of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby added to read as follows: <br /> <br />"151.035 Term of License. All licenses for intoxi- <br />cating liquor shall be for one year and terminate <br />on December 31, of each year. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 151.050 (1) of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"151. 050. (1). The annual license fee for "on- <br />sale" intoxicating liquor shall be $7,000.00 for <br />all licenses issued and effective after December 31, <br />1976, and $10,000.00 for licenses effective prior <br />thereto. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota this 23 day of <br /> <br /> <br />, 1976. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />n . ,/'\ <br />/'\~;'''~u~ J.
