* * CITY OF ROSEVILLE AN ORDINANCE NO. 790 * * * AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 130 TO THE CITY CODE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING AND REGULATION OF BINGO OPERATIONS. The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: I. 130 BINGO 130.010. Incorporation by Reference. Unless provisions in this Chapter 130 are inconsistent, Minnesota Statutes 1976, Section 349.11 through 349.23 and all subsequent Amendments thereto are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference for the purpose of prescribing regulations for Bingo operations within the City of Roseville. 130.020. Licensing. All organizations conducting Bingo occasions in the City of Roseville shall be licensed by the City of Roseville and pay the following license fees: (1) For less than three occasions annually - $ 10.00; (2) For more than two occasions $ 100.00 The number of occasions allowed by Minnesota Statutes Section 349.17 shall control except that an organization properly licensed may operate up to six occasions per week. 130.030. Violations. Any violation of this Chapter regulating Bingo operations shall be punishable as a mis- demeanor and any person convicted for such a violation shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars or by imprisonment for not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both. II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota this 13th day of September , 1976.
