<br />NOv~ THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND <br /> <br />THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The S 30 Ft of the E'ly 355.11 Ft and the <br />E 84.89 Ft of the W 583 Ft of the N 1/2 of <br />the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Sec. 9, T 29, R. 23 <br />and <br />Ex. the S 410.26 Ft the E'ly 440 Ft of the <br />, <br />W'ly 938.11 Ft of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of <br />the SE 1/4 of See 9, T. 29, R 23, all subject <br />to Lake Johanna Road (Fairview Avenue), County <br />Road B, Herschel Street, Service Drive and <br />STH No. 36. Subject to easements and restrictions <br />of record, if any. <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from 1-1 to B-l-B, and that <br /> <br />the Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is <br /> <br />classified and zoned as B-l-B. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Except the W 583 feet and except the S 30 <br />feet of the E 355.11 feet the N 1/2 of <br />, <br />the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Sec 9, T 29, R 23, <br />all subject to Herschel Street, Service <br />Drive and STH No. 36. <br /> <br />be, and hereby is rezoned from B-1 to B-l-B, and that <br /> <br />the Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is <br /> <br />classified and zoned as B-l-B. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
