<br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 796 <br />* * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.240 DEFINING LAWN <br />AND GARDEN CENTERS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 8.240 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />8.240 Permitted Uses in limited business districts. <br /> <br />Permitted uses in "B-1" districts are: <br /> <br />(1) Medical and dental services; <br /> <br />(2) Offices, business and professional; <br /> <br />(3) Hospitals, sanitoriums and rest homes; <br /> <br />(4) Private clubs or lodges; <br /> <br />(5) Beauty parlors; <br /> <br />(6) Greenhouses; <br /> <br />(7) Lawn and Garden Centers. <br /> <br />The term "Lawn and Garden Center" as used in this <br /> <br />Section, is defined as a retail establishment with sales <br /> <br />limited to lawn, garden and indoor horticultural products <br /> <br />and tools, equipment and supplies reasonably related to the <br /> <br />care, construction and maintenance of lawns and gardens. <br /> <br />The term does not include a retail establishment where other <br /> <br />types of merchandise are sold, even though the sale of such <br />
