<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 800 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY REPEALING SECTION 151.090(9), <br />AMENDING SECTION 151.090(11) BY REDUCING FROM 50% to <br />25% OF THE GROSS SALES OF A LICENSE REQUIRED TO BE <br />ATTRIBUTED TO FOOD, AND RENUMBERING SECTIONS 151.090 <br />(10) AND 151.090(11) TO SECTIONS 151.090(9) AND 151.090 <br />(10). <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 151.090(9) of the City Code of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville is hereby repealed and Section 151.090 <br /> <br />(10) is hereby renumbered to Section 151.090(9). <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 151.090(11) is hereby renumbered to <br /> <br />Section 151.090(10) and amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(10) At the time of application for <br />renewal of application of an on-sale license, <br />the applicant shall submit proof to the City <br />that not less than 25% of the gross sales of <br />the establishment, for which the on-sale <br />license is to be used is in the serving of <br />food. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be ln <br /> <br />force from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, this 27t day of December , 1976. <br /> <br /> <br />04t~ <br /> <br />ATT~ST: ./, <br />,/--) .' -/ /~ 7 <br />/>/t t/' 1-" -'0"'/ ( -'- j _ ( . .-::-tlf.
