<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 801 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY CHANGING THE EXPIRATION DATE FOR LICENSES <br />ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE BUILDING CODE FROM JULY 1 TO DECEMBER <br />31 AND PROVIDING FOR A TRANSITION PERIOD. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Sections 33.030 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />33.030. Fee. The fee for each license <br />shall be $25.0o-annually, except for licenses <br />issued between the dates of July 1, 1977, and <br />December 31, 1977, the fee shall be $37.50, <br />and shall be for an extended period of time <br />pursuant to Section 33.050. Thereafter the <br />annual fee shall revert to $25.00. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 33.050 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />33.050. Expiration. All licenses re- <br />quired by Chapter 33 shall expire on December <br />31 following the date of issuance unless sooner <br />revoked or forfeited, except licenses issued <br />between July 1, 1977, and December 31, 1977, <br />which shall expire on December 31, 1978. If <br />a license granted hereunder is not renewed <br />previous to its expiration, then all rights <br />granted by such license shall cease, and any <br />work performed after the expiration of the <br />license shall be in violation of this Code. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />
